Security Supervisor
- Graduate with 7 – 9 years experience, preferable ex- service man able bodied / energetic
- Good Oral and written English communication skills
- Stationed in the CCTV control room
- Responsible for establishing the security standards in the property
- Take frequent rounds of the property and carry out spot checks
- Maintain a direct liaison with the area police station as well as with fire department
- Conduct periodic fire drills for the security staff
- Take daily briefing of guards in each shift at the start time
Head Guard
- Ex- service man with 2-3 years of experience
- Report to security supervisor.
- Rotate in the shifts and ensure security of the property by taking regular rounds
Security Guard
- Minimum academic qualification – High school
- Physical fitness ( minimum height 5’8” and weight 60 Kgs )
- Background verification
- Aptitude for the profession
- The strength should be a mix of all age groups with majority from age 25 years to 40 years
- The ratio of 8 to 10 percent of Ex-Servicemen
- The recruitment is done on a regular basis from individuals coming to the office, through advertisements, recruitments rallies in neighboring villages and recruitments for Armed & Para – military forces

After recruitment the individuals are put through a 10 days training module. We believe that prophecy in security is largely a product of the combination of experience and a thorough training program designed to improve the security personnel skills and knowledge. It all reflects in the attitude, performance and moral of the individual.
Uniform
We provide Terri cotton uniform according to the season with full kits, woolen clothes in winter and rain coats / umbrellas, gum boots, etc. Our guards are always professionally dressed.
Reporting
All Incidents are recorded in a report per shift on the daily basis. Gate Pass statement are maintained on the monthly basis. Report on Fire Fighting & other Trainings are maintained on the monthly basis.

Manager (Soft Services)
- Graduate in Hotel Management with 5-7 yrs experience in Soft Services.
- Assistant Manager/Executive (Soft Services)
- Graduate/Degree in Hotel Management with 4-5 yrs experience in Soft Services.
Housekeeping Supervisor
- work on the basis of total Official plant & Utility area Soft Services Mature Individual, Graduate, English Speaking, 5-7 yrs experience in Soft Services.
- Fully conversant with the use of Soft Services equipment like vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooing machines
- Will ensure good Soft Services standards are maintained in the facility.
- Responsible for directly supervising the Soft Services of the various floors and will be reporting to the facilities manager.
- Inspect the toilets twice a day and sign the quality register
- Ensure, soap, detergents, napkins, air fresheners are replaced in time.
- Ensuring that no personnel misbehaves smoke, consumes liquor and damage Equipments.
